An open letter to prospective vendors.

Dear EMS Suppliers & Services Providers,

The Emergency Medical Services Chiefs of Canada (EMSCC) will hold its’ annual Conference in 2010 at the world class Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise in beautiful, Lake Louise Alberta June 7-9, 2010. On behalf of the organizing committee, I would like to extend an invitation to you and your organization to be a part of this great event. This conference attracts an average of 200 senior EMS delegates from across Canada as well as international audiences. EMS Chiefs, Directors, and leaders will be in attendance representing over 200 Canadian Ambulance services from coast to coast, responsible for providing out of hospital care to over 90% of the Canadian population. This year the theme is, “A National Conversation”.

The EMSCC Conference is a unique opportunity to present and promote your products and services with the leading decision makers for pre-hospital care EMS in Canada. We are organizing the trade show to facilitate direct dialogue between our conference delegates and our valued suppliers and services providers. We have ensured maximum exposure to all the vendors by placing the meal and coffee breaks in the vendor area.

With your participation, we anticipate that the 2010 EMSCC Conference will set a new benchmark for EMSCC conferences. Our goal is to engage the delegates in a series of healthy debates, facilitated conversations and targeted dialogue in an attempt to build on the national direction for our profession. We also will allow time for delegates to network, relax and enjoy the surroundings, while exposing them to the most modern products and services available from your company. Please refer to the conference program to view the many opportunities we have included within the schedule.

We have made arrangements with Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise for the vendors of ambulance vehicles to display their vehicles outside adjacent to the trade show room. There will be no additional fee for this service. We have also arranged for vehicle vendors to have the unique opportunity to create a stunning photo of your product with the majestic Lake Louise and glacier as a back drop! Only those vendors that have purchased booth space in the trade show will be given the opportunity to display an ambulance vehicle outside and take part in the photo opportunity.

Trade Show display booths (8’ x 10’) are being offered on a first come, first served basis. Booths/display areas will be allocated in the order in which payment is received. So, to avoid disappointment book your space early! A floor plan of the Trade Show area is attached detailing booths 1 through 53. Please also see the vendor display manual and the vendor registration form.

All vendor displays can be shipped to the drapery contractor (GES Canada) who will place the displays at the designated vendor spaces in the trade show. Vendors will be advised of the drapery contractor’s contact numbers and are responsible to make the arrangements through this contractor. Also please note that vendors will have access to the loading dock at the hotel.

The Trade Show hours:

The fee for your 8’ x 10’ booth or display area is $2,500.00. Each vendor registration includes two “Vendor” conference registrations, which includes all meals lunches and coffee breaks in the vendor area. Additional Vendor Meal Plans may be purchased for $200.00 each. If you wish a larger display area, please contact my office for a quote. Each booth/display space will be supplied with one skirted 2’ x 6’ table, two chairs, a waste bin, and hydro hook-up. Wi-Fi Network services are available from the hotel.
