Welcome! The on-line registration is now open. Please click on the links on the right to be directed to the secure on-line registration form or download and mail a printable form here. Once you have completed your registration you will have the opportunity to continue to navigate through the EMSCC Conference site.

As a delegate of the conference, you will have the opportunity to network with colleagues from across the nation, be inspired by our guest speakers and take in some of the most beautiful scenery this country has to offer. Our group will be on hand during the entire conference to make sure that your experience is one that you will talk about for years to come. Information will be provided to you upon your arrival at the Chateau Lake Louise that will allow you to experience the program to its fullest and ensure that you do not miss out on any of the unique activities that this historic park has to offer.
